BAID Biology Club

Original President: Liu Lifu

BAID Biology Club helps members build a systematic understanding of biology and develop scientific reasoning and laboratory skills as they prepare for the USA Biolympiad (USABO) and British Biology Olympiad (BBO). Members strengthen their academic knowledge and scientific literacy through group study and knowledge sharing, supported by practice exams. Alongside competition preparation, we encourage a lasting interest in the life sciences and an enthusiasm for discovery, establishing a foundation for future study in fields such as biomedicine and neuroscience. Academically accomplished students from different grades who share a strong interest in biology lead fellow members in preparing for competitions. We also provide access to external competition training resources to support members' learning. Our contributions to the school community draw on several years of experience organizing related activities, as well as our knowledge of plant species on campus, which informs the activities we plan next.
