Dai Ying holds a master's degree from North Carolina State University and has worked in international education for 12 years. She has taught a range of international curricula, including Cambridge and AP courses, and is familiar with international examinations and student activity planning. Her previous responsibilities have included program coordination, international examination administration, homeroom teaching, and international competition coaching. Through her combined experience in teaching and school administration, she is committed to supporting students' comprehensive development.
Dai has participated in the development and delivery of advanced Electives including Interpreting Genes, Reading and Writing Genes, and Global Academicians Research Workshop. She also led a school research project titled Research on Reforming Assessment in International Biology Courses in the Context of the Metaverse. She organized and coordinated the MFP program, working with students and academic mentors to support academic inquiry in students' intended fields of study.
She has also served as an instructor for the school's Experiential Course, Beijing Culture Exploration Program, and MFP program, providing close guidance to students as they conduct independent research projects.
