Wang Pengyu holds a master's degree from Beijing Language and Culture University and is a Chinese Literature instructor. He won First Prize in a district-level teaching skills competition and has delivered multiple district-level demonstration lessons, receiving First Prize for his work.
Wang has published multiple papers. His paper, Entering Grand View Garden: A Case Study in Aesthetic Education, won First Prize in the 12th Beijing Primary and Secondary School Jingmei Cup Essay Competition. His research project, Cultural Empathy as an Essential Aesthetic Capacity: Exploring Aesthetic Education in High School Chinese Literature under the New Gaokao, received a national First Prize.
He also appeared on Shaanxi TV's Super Teacher and successfully advanced in the competition. At BAID, he offers the distinctive Elective A Millennium Dream of the Red Chamber. He also serves as the faculty advisor to the Arts and Sports Committee of the BAID Student Council and frequently hosts school events.
Wang is also a singer and has released several original songs, including Rainy Season and Meet in Beijing. He received a Gold Award at the 2025 China Celebrity Chunjie Festival Gala, themed Golden Snake Welcomes the New Year · Joyful Chunjie.
