Quote
At Beijing Academy, we support students' creative growth. Three metaphors best describe our approach.
A Forest
We want our school to offer the diversity of a tropical forest, respecting each child's differences and supporting every student in becoming their best self.
A Fishery
True education opens a "fishery" of opportunity, helping children develop the courage to brave the waves, the wisdom to steer their ships, and the creativity to chart their own course.
An Orchestra
In an orchestra, each person expresses their own voice and listens to others. We help children become their best selves and contribute to society.
— Xia Qingfeng, Principal of Beijing Academy

#WeAreBAID | Allen's High School Years: Running a Literary WeChat Account and Organizing Cultural Exchange Activities with Friends
I had scarcely imagined this small project would accompany me throughout high school.

I learned how committed work on something I cared about could have a concrete social effect.

Drawing is my favorite activity outside schoolwork.
High school gave me a clearer understanding of what I wanted and what I loved, and a more definite sense of my future. I hope to study diligently while maintaining those interests and living a varied life true to my priorities.
